Las Vegas, NV has been one of the hardest hit foreclosure places in the entire country. Foreclosures are also heavy in the states of Florida and California.
Even though we are saddened by this awful economy, it is a good opportunity for buyers interested in long term investments to stock up. You will benefit from owning a house or two, but it also is a great gesture for the economy and adds an infusion every time someone steps up to the plate to buy one of these homes.
Also, turn around and rent your purchase to one of the folks that have had a foreclosure, they need the break and they are often one of the best quality renters you will ever have. It will also make you feel great to help another person that just needs a break.
We owe it to our fellow neighbors to help in this crisis. Those who have need to help those who need a little jump start.
